Default use unsteady computation results to other compute

In "ANSYS CFX-solver modeling guide", it says that users can use unsteady values computed from a separate LES simulation to impose the inlet boundary condition.

But can anyone tell me how to use the unsteady computation results from a separate unsteady computation to my inlet boundary condition?

Thanks in advance!
