Convection, diffusion and reaction

Hi I'm working with convection, diffusion and reaction of a gas in a porous media. For convection and diffusion only, CFX worked fine. Nowadays I try to work with convection diffusion and but I have problems to set k [s-1] (first order reaction), I don't know where and how to set it. Someone have a tutorial? Can you help me? Thanks
