Default maximum mesh expansion factor reg

hi when i was meshing air volume with inflation, iam getting successful mesh, but in solver maximum expansion ratio showing 101.9 and i am unable to get the convergence. Can any body help me, how to reduce maximum mesh expansion factor and tell me and tell me how can i see the maximum expansion factor while doing the mesh.
