Default the shock in multiphase flow

hi,everybody,my questions are as follows: (1) Could the cfx software model the shock phenomena in multiphase flow? Is there any suggestions? (2) When I tried to model the shock in the multiphase flow and set the fluid exit boundary condition as a pressure-specified outlet, the software always showed that "the wall has replaced the outlet" ,so I doubted the shock might not been modelled. How could I do?

Thank you greatly for any suggestion!
