Default ICEM A* or workbench for parametric modeling?

Sudharshani is on a distinguished road
to do parametric modeling ( iam trying to use parabolic contour function for nozzle wall shape) in ICEM one shld use workbench or A*Enviorement ?
how to get started ?

any help will be great.
