Hi together,
i've already postet this question in the meshing-forum. My problem is that CFX Pre and Post are not displaying my surfaces of a 2D-axisymmetric labyrinth seal correctly (see pictures). I am using ICEm as mesher and extracting he mesh as CFX-files. I've already checked the surface-normals, but it seems as this didn't help. Is this a usual problem in CFX, can anybody help me? The Problem only appears when I'm coloring the surfaces with "constant" color. Thanks, Hannes |

Hi,
I don't think you are using symmetry planes for the faces. You seem to be using periodic boundaries. Change them to symmetry planes and I think things will work. Glenn Horrocks |
