Hi,
is it possible to calculate a flamelet library for CFX with another Software, preferentially free software? Something like Cantera or Chemkin. I don't want to spend much time studying python before i don't know if it's possible to load the flamelet library to CFX. Greetings, Hurricane |

You have to ask the ANSYS service for the format of the fll-file. Then you may be able to generate it by your own.

I imported Methane Air FLL STP from the reaction library. While choosing BVM combustion model and selecting the reaction the following error being shown:
"Reaction 'Methane Air FLL STP': The specified Flamelet Library file cannot be opened. Please check that the file path is correct and that the file exists." Can anybody put light on this why I cannot use the above flamelet Library in Ansys Student Version |
