User Function defination

Hello all,
I am trying to enter an inflow condition in my CFD simulation. it is a periodic pulse function :q = ( $\overline{q}$ *t /\tau)*exp((1/2)*(1 - t^2/\tau^2))
how would I enter that as a user function in CFX pre?

t is the time
\tau is a constant
$\overline{q}$ is the mean volume flow rate

please assist

This is straightforward to do as a CEL expression. Have a look at the tutorials for setting up CEL expressions.
