Yes, it is possible, as you have already discovered.
You will have to invest quite a bit of time to get a good solution. I am not an expert with your field, but if you can use specialised software, you should achieve results quicker. CFX and most CFD software cover all fluid flow, hence quite broad, so the onus is on the user to set up the problem. The advantage is that one can do much more using CFD software, with the possibility of greater accuracy. |
