Which software is better to generate mesh to CFX?

I use to work with Ansys Mesh, but now i'm trying use ICEM CFD, but i'm not sure if have significantly difference in the mesh between them. So, which one you guys prefer?

They are totally different meshers and are good for different purposes. ANSYS Mesh is good for general meshing, inexperienced people and its ease in integration into workbench, but ICEM is a more advanced mesher for people who require greater control or mesh more complex objects.
