Default minimum grid size in gas flow simulation in cylinder

i am using converge simulate the gas flow process in cylinder, what the minimum grid size usually use ?

Please look at one of our example engine cases, e.g. SI8_SagePremix, for base grid (0.004m), fixed embedding and AMR strategies.
