Hello, I am using converge cfd 2.4, I would like to run my simulation but I have a problem with (boundary) when I diagnose the device it displays this INTERSECTION(2503) OPEN EDGES (216) Normal orientation 0 and Isoleted trics 0 please how to solve it.

Hi,

You can visualize the locations where your errors are occurring and try to rectify them. You can select the error (Intersections or Open edges) in the diagnosis dock, and click Show w/nbr. This will show you the areas where the error is occurring. You can then correct those error. Please see the attached screenshot.

Intersections generally occur when two surfaces are intersecting. Open edges occurs when an edge has only triangle on one side. One reason could be because of a hole in the geometry.

I encourage you to attend our "Introduction to CONVERGE" training. This training talks about the geometry errors and how to resolve them. The next upcoming training is on Sep 21 and Sep 22.

I would like to know how to improve the pressure and heat release rate and the NOX,CO,HC output. I would like to know how to improve the pressure and the heat release rate, the temperature and the NOX,CO,HC efficiency.Since my study is based on the cylinder, I could not register for the conference because it was too late.
