Dear All,
I recently downloaded the Converge Explore installation package and I was emailed the license associated to my Windows 10 workstation mac address. This license file looks like below, at the end of this message. I placed this license file into the Converge explore license folder and also into the Converge_studio license folder.
Then I tried to open the Converge_studio and I got this error message:

Invalid license file. A valid license must exist at:
C:/Program Files/CONVERGE Explore/license\license.lic
Or must be set as RLM_LICENSE environment variable pointing to valid license server.
Error msg: No license for product(-1).

Has anyone encountered this problem? Any suggestions?
