Hey everyone,
When using the Engine Performance Calculator tool (EPC tool) I can normally export to file. However, now it is greyed out and no matter the options I select in the EPC tool I can not get it to be selectable. I censored the values because it is a confidential case. Does anyone know perhaps how I can get it to export to file again? Using converge 3.1.0 (please let me know if the attached picture is showing) EPCtool_no_export.jpg Thanks all! |

Hi Laurens,
This button is disabled if some error happened during the calculation. Without actual data it's difficult to provide any further information. Can you contact support along with the file so they can support you and resolve the issue. |
