Plane Creation in Ensight

I'm relatively new to Ensight, and I'm currently doing post-processing with it. I'm stuck on a problem - I want to limit the plane to the central section while excluding the outer portion. Could someone kindly point me in the right direction by suggesting which tool or steps to use for achieving this specific task? (Picture Attached!)
