I'd like to ask about tire simulation in fine marine, but in 2D case
I've try to input many parameters but always crash

Why it's always crash?
is there any parameter that should I entered with assumption:
2D case
rigid body
steady

Thanks

Dear nelli,

What is the aim of this 2D-calculation?
Do you intend to run a multi fluid simulation? Any sliding grid?

If not, and if you have access to FINE/Open, you may use FINE/Open as FINE/Marine is mainly dedicated to Marine applications.

Dear erwann,

To know about tire traction and forces when hydroplaning occur.
Yes, I do. What's the meaning of sliding grid?

Yes, i've used FINE/Open before,
but Fine/Open can't use multi fluid
So, I use Fine/Marine now,
But, it's always crashed

Whether meshing in hexpress affecting the simulation?

Thanks,
