1-When I simulated the flow field, I have adopted the RNG turbulent model, but the horseshoe vortex is not abvious in front of the pier, why? (see 1.png )
2-When I simulated the flow field, The bed shear stress around the pier is small, shear stress amplification coefficient is 3~4 comparing with the inlet bed shear stress which is undisturbed by pier. So this will result in the scour depth is smaller than experiment. I will upload my prepin, Can anyone help me to check it? Thanks a million! ![]() |
