Symmetry boundary condition

I use symmetry condition to halve the computational domain, but the forces calculated refer to halve of the object or to the entire object? I mean: if the force is 10 kN should I regard 20 kN for the entire object?

It will be for half of the object, so you would need to double the forces. Remember that an axisymmetric geometry does not mean the flow will also be axisymmetric. Also the forces may be unsteady if there is vortex shedding or other transient behaviour.
