Hi,
I am modeling a water tank, filled with air and water by using VOF method. Inlet condition is velocity inlet and outlet is defined as mass flow. When doing unsteady state simulation, the plot of velocity vectors at outlet shows that some vectors are directed towards inside of tank and some are directed towards outside of outlet. I think that velocity vectors should only direct towards outside of tank. Please see attached figure of velocity vectors. Is this velocity vector plot is good? https://www.dropbox.com/s/fae7rhnyou...age_Fluent.jpg Last edited by Blue; June 4, 2014 at 02:36. Reason: URL attached |
