Default how to give area permeability .3 for a plate .

topic:micro bubble drag reduction
its 2D geometry,(rectangular in shape)
left side :water inlet
right side : pressure outlet
top: symmetric
bottom divide in 3 parts: left and right bottom: wall
middle bottom :wall (which is porous through which air flow take place)
the area permeability given 0.3 and flow rate given
please tell me how to give porous condition
