How to know the velocity of the interface?

Hello,
I have carried out a multiphase simulation of polymer/air using VOF. I'm interested in knowing the velocity of the interface between the polymer/air. How could I do it? Thanks in advance |

In fact the technical term is "melt front velocity"
 Someone know how to know the melt front velocity of a 2-phases VOF simulation with ANSYS Fluent? |

What about creating an isosurface=0.5 (this should be the polymer-air interface) and colour it by velocity?
