Multiphase analysis Problem

i was trying to do melting and solidification, multi phase analysis. i dont have much idea about that.
well what i want to do is, compute total melting and solidification time of ice, kept inside a room. from inlet air comes at 40 C. Can any one suggest me , how can i do that thank you |
