Dear all, I am new in the forum. I am going to simulate a tri phase fluid (water + steam + air) in a closed boiler. I actually do not understand if I can do this with a common multi phase simulation, because I need to use compressible fluids for air and steam. Fluent lets me use only one compressible fluid in the simulation, but only if i activate the beta options.
Can you please give me some advise on the matter? Thank you, Max. |

Hi, I have exactly the same problem!
All tutorial have an outlet and a flux to the fluids, but i am modelling a static mass of water being heated by hot metals walls. Is it anyway possible to use void instead of air inside the vessel? Because I don't need the final pressure but I need only the first minutes of the process to evaluate the heat exchange in some zones of the walls. Thanks a lot, M. |
