Symmetry boundary condition + DPM

Hello!
I use symmetry boundary in my model. Also I use Discrete Phase Model. When particles reach that boundary they reflect. But I need them to escape the domain. There are no DPM settings in window of symmetry b.c. So my question is how to set escape condition on symmetry boundary?

Are you sure that you want a symmetry boundary condition if you are expecting particles to escape the domain at that location? If you think about it, physically what that would mean is that there is a mass sink at that boundary (because there is no other way for a particle to spontaneously "disappear" in the middle of a fluid unless there is a sink at that location). If this is what you want, you will probably have to write a UDF that accounts for particles disappearing from your domain at that boundary.
