CLane is on a distinguished road
Hello all,

Does Fluent allow for a combine VOF and Eularian-Eularian multi-phase model?

I have a model with 4 phases, 3 of which I would like to model using a VOF approach. The 4th phase must have its own velocity field because it is porous and moves relative the other 3 phases.

I can use a 4 phase Eulerian-Eularian model, however its it has significantly longer run times and been quite unstable compared to the VOF model.

Any advice or suggestions are appreciated.

Regards,
