Question Modelling of meat in the presence of solidification and melting

Hello everyone,

I'm a master student. In my M.S Thesis, I consider that I may be able to simulate the phase change inside meat which is composed of solid (muscle) and fluid (water). If I describe my system briefly, a piece of meat is surrounded by air domain including inlet and outlet. By changing air boundary conditions such as inlet temperature or velocity, I want to simulate phase change inside meat without mass transfer between air and meat.

Could you please tell me whether this problem can be simulated with Fluent or not?
