udf codes for particle tracking

I'm doing a simulation that water liquids are injected into a tank with 50% filling rate of water, udf codes are needed to track the liquid particles, remove particles from the vapor domain when they reach the interface between vapor and liquid, and add their contributions to the liquid.
can you provide some relevant material?
