Hi all,
I am simulating a free surface hydraulic jump in FLUENT. I am solving for steady state using 2nd order upwind momentum and pressure, with QUICK volume fraction schemes. I have obtained a solution for a relatively course mesh which shows a hydraulic jump downstream. I have now adapted the grid and run again, but now the continuity residual is not converging. The residual plot is showing a cyclical trend of all residuals. Any guidance would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks in advance. |
