Dear friends

I want to do modeling of the square plate with 37 inlets (water) and the bottom(Graphite) thickness(2mm) with the heat flux 4255 w/m2 with Reynold number 330.How to define the boundary condition and which model are applicable for such type of problems.I have the following data for the water and graphite density, viscosity, thermal conductivity and Cp.Please help me?
