hi pple,

i am using fluent 5 to predict the pressure distribution of lubricant in a plain journal bearing. i have encountered reverse flow at the certain face located near the pressure inlet (boundary condition) .this occur when i initialise the solution and iterate it with four boundary conditions.(journal-wall,bearing-wall,pressure inlet and pressure outlet).this reverse flow might occur at pressure outlet.laminar flow. i am working with atmosphere pressure(101.3kpa) at the inlet(gauge).zero gauge at the outlet pressure.journal is rotating while bearing is stationery. pls give me some advice to solve this problem.thank you.
