I have a question regarding PEM electrolyzer. Here is what I encounter when I try to use PEM electrolyzer module in Fluent. Actually, in electrolysis process of a PEM electrolyzer, oxygen is supposed to be collected in anode side and hydrogen in cathode side, but, in fluent PEM module user guide for electrolyzer, it's quite different, oxygen is released in cathode side and hydrogen in anode. Besides, when I performed a simple simulation, I got the same things just as mentioned in fluent module user guide. I'm quite puzzled whether I'm doing something wrong or what mentioned in Fluent module help is wrong!
Thanks in advance |
