Hello everyone
I am doing a fluid mechanics project on a vortex tube I am utilizing a 3D full vortex tube with 4 tangential nozzles with a conic valve hot outlet using Ansys fluent. But I don't know what model to use and what dimensions to apply on my 3D geometry. When I tried, I used the standard k-epsilon model ( steady flow) with 5 bars inlet pressure with an extremely fine mesh ( around 5 millions elements ) but each time I got a problem like divergence detected in amg solver Temperature. I need this to be done fast and I am working hard on it. I hope if I can find someone to help me and show me how to do it properly. Best regards |
