harkerz is on a distinguished road
Hei guys, I was so confuse about modelling flow in pipe. It kind of internal flow. So, the point is when flow came from other side, suddenly stop because of valve.

My question is how to analize the thermal properties changed ?

Can you make the question clearer? Also, can you attach snap of domain and boundary conditions?
