Question transient heat transfer with vary velocity setup

Im simulating transient heat exchanger. Im varying 3 velocities. is it possible to plot a graph in fluent with this 3 velocities in it. i want to compare the rate of heat transfer of this 3 velocities. i tried but couldn`t find a way to setup the solution... can anyone help me with this??
