I have downloaded from ansys support the new ansys 15.0 suite.
If you have the hpc license, now, when you start fluent, you can set the number of gpu cards to speed up calculations (I think not only for radiation calculation ,as it was for v.14.5.7 but for the solver itself). Supported cards should be nvidia tesla, such as k10 and k20 and quadro 5000, 6000, k6000. As I only have a quadro 600 for graphic purposes, I would like to have your opinions on gpu accelarations; some documents state a speedup of x2 - x2,5. Daniele |
