Default Reversed flow at outlet in micro channel

I am trying to simulate multi phase flow in a micro channel (unsteady volume of fluid model) with outlet BC as "pressure outlet" set at atm pr. But its showing reverse flow? Why the flow is reversed and what to do to avoid that problem? Help me
