Hello all,
I intend to model sand laden flow in a pipe of a certain complex geometry, and have more less followed the tutorial here (www.cfluid.com/batch.download.php?aid=642) except with a different erosion correlation (Det Norske Veritas's) and with a different flow condition of methane gas instead of water. The computed velocity flow field seemed fine. Below are the velocity contours and the erosion contours I computed, of which the erosion contours are obviously wrong (negative erosion? ![]() ![]() Velocity Contours ![]() Erosion Contours Many thanks in advance. |
