Default moving wall on airfoil

Hi, I'm simulating a airfoil with part of surface moving in the direction of free stream like the picture in attachment. The moving wall velocity is tangentially constant. I'm not sure if the "translational moving wall" panel in FLUENT could solve it or should I use UDF. I'm even confused after reading FLUENT help....
