Default Modeling of Flexible, rigid and fixed cylinder in Fluent or CFX

Dear Friends,
I am going to start the study on flow around cylinder. In some literature it is mentioned that cylinder is osciallating, or cylinder is rigid or cylinder is fixed...
I dont understand these terms in case of CFD analysis...
Only thing which I am doing is making the cylinder with domain and then applying the boundary conditions like Cylinder surface as wall, Inlet velocity etc...I dont know where to apply boundary condition to show that cylinder is flexible or osciallating??/
