mkamalhilmi is on a distinguished road
hi,

im doing a study on heat transfer enhancement using nanofluids. i already obtained a plot of nusselt number against the length of a simple 2D rectangular channel for water and those nanofluids. the approach used to obtained this plot is taken from one of the forum thread.

my geometry is as follows:

height= 10e-6 m
length= 150e-6 m
inlet velocity 0.1 m/s
constant heat flux on top & bottom= 1e6 W/m2

my task now is to validate analytically the approach in obtaining the nusselt number particular just with water. can someone give me a correlation that can help me with this since my Reynolds number would be just around 1.

or could someone tell me their approach in plotting the Nu curve for a isoflux parallel plates based on data obtained from cfd-post?

thank you in advance!
