Hello,
I am working on an optimization project. Does someone know a program which couples itself to fluent in order to optimize the physical geometry of the component? Thanks |

I don't know any software that can handle this task "by itself". You need at least 3 components: optimisation kernel + geometry handling + some scripts.
For geometry/meshing the commercial software ANSA is very powerful with its morphing feature. |

Ansys Workbench handles parametric geometry natively. There is an extra module, DesignXplorer, that has optimization capabilities.

Depends on what you want to do. RBF-Morph is really cool as well.
