Hello,
I am interested in changing the position of the coordinate system used by Fluent. The reason is that I am using a UDF where I define the velocity profile in the inlet using an equation. In the Scale screen I have: y_max=0 y_min=-4e-7 And i would need to move the coordinate system in order to have: y_max=4e-7 y_min=0 How could I do this? For solving the problem I have modified the equation changing the "y" variable to "y+4e-7" but I would prefer to move the coordinate system. I will appreciate your help! |

It's not on the onscreen GUI. Go up to the menu
File|Mesh|Define|Solve|etc and you'll find it under mesh You can translate and rotate the mesh to fit your coordinate system. Or you can enter mesh/translate and/or mesh/rotate into the TUI Last edited by LuckyTran; October 30, 2015 at 11:00. |
