EmiS is on a distinguished road
Dear All,

I'm running a simple pipe flow simulation (with periodic inlet boundary condition - so transient) in which I would like to release a certain amount of particles from the inlet using the Discrete Phase Model (DPM) from Fluent.

I'm using the "Massless" particle type, and would like to seed to flow uniformly from the inlet with 4000 particles release every 1/50th of my time periodic signal.

Could any of you be so kind to tell me how/where can I set up the amount of particles (using massless type) and also how can I control the release every Nth time?

Thank you very much for your help.

EmiS.
