Isn't it obvious? You should use legal license or student version. Note that you cannot use license for commercial purposes if it doesn't allow it. You cannot use student version for commercial purposes as well. There's suspicion that Ansys software collects licensing info and sends it to Ansys. If you private individual then maybe Ansys won't chase you, but who knows.
