Hello,
I am simulating heat sink in ANSYS Fluent with uniform velocity (e.g. 6.5 m/s) at inlet and uniform heat flux at heat sink base. The flow is turbulent and I am solving it by steady state method so

i) How to get fully developed turbulent flow at inlet with given velocity or relation between average and maximum velocity for turbulent flow?

ii) I am getting results for thermal resistance in good agreement with published data but not for pressure drop.
a)Whether I should use sweep surfaces or points across heat sink to calculate Pressure drop?
b)Whether I should use area weighted average or mass weighted average?
