How can I keep residual under convergence

hello every one , i am using fluent to simulate an air jet in a room by the LES model , but i find it difficult to keep residual under 10^-3 . any suggestions please !!!

Probably the grid quality is limiting the further reduction of residuals.

Try converting the mesh in octahedral type in fluent, I think it could help and is quite quick as first attempt, if doesn't work remesh and check aspect ratio and orthogonal quality
