Default The pressure contour lines problem

Dear All,
I am just wondering how to fix the pressure contour lines, which are not connected between two partitions in FLUENT (see attached photo). The partitions 1 and 2 in the figure have the same material properties.
This does not happen in CFX.
Please suggest how to fix it if you have any idea.
