Hello,
I need assistance modelling the pennes' bioheat generation equation in Ansys Fluent. The use of the equation for me will be to know the 3D temperature distribution of the skin. The Equation is given below:

I know I would need UDF for this, but as I have never used UDF or fluent, can anyone assist me with where to start for making the code?

Also, I gave the UDF manual a read and found it overwhelming. Can anyone highlight what sections of it will be useful for my case?
Thanks in Advance!
