Hi, I am just looking for some assistance on making a gravity induced flow model for a IDDSI test (basically fill the syringe up too 10 ml, then allow that 10 ml to flow out and see how much liquid is loss over 10 sec).
So these are my parameters, transient time, gravity in the -ve Y direction, two phase system (air and a water like fluid with a viscosity= non-Newtonian power law), surface tension of 0.072, syringe openings defined as pressure-outlets (while syringe hole output has a back flow of 1 for fluid), simple solution, patched the entire mesh, and ran the simulation. The results I get aren't resembling the lab results, any suggestions? |
