Hello everyone,
I am a student designing a biogas flare. This flare needs to have a covered flame, so I need to know how wide/tall the "cap" over the flame needs to be. This is why I started using fluent. It's working well, but I am not sure how to see the flame dimensions. I first thought I could use the Methane mass fraction, but if I change the domain(0 to 0.01%CH4) the methane is basically everywhere. So my question is, what is the most reliable way to determine the visible flame dimensions? Thanks for your time! |
